By accessing or using TRODDR's mobile applications, websites (including troddr.com), and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TRODDR Ltd. ("TRODDR," "we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Services
TRODDR provides a travel platform that offers:
- Curated recommendations for places to eat, stay, and explore in Jamaica and the Caribbean
- Trip planning and itinerary creation tools
- Interactive maps and location-based features
- User reviews and travel content
- Social features for sharing travel experiences
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13-18 must have parental consent.

- Does not contain confidential information
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

You may not:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRODDR, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
- Your violation of third-party rights
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for:

- Illegal or harmful activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Technical or security reasons
Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases, but these Terms remain in effect for applicable provisions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Services or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
